We enjoy what may just be the best Khao Soi in Thailand (Northern Thai Noodle Soup Dish) at Salween River Restaurant. J brews his own espresso on a stove top burner and ends up creating a poison broth, and we go check out the 500 metre Mae Hong Son Bamboo bridge 'Su Tong Pae' but get put off by the burning ash sizzling our eyes. We also check out Son & Mom cafe for breakfast and find an abandoned river side walk.
